PRECISE FINANCIAL SYSTEMS LIMITED formally PEE-AARR CONSULTING LIMITED was incorporated as a limited liability company in July 1992 in accordance with the companies and allied matters decree of 1990.

The advent of the company was traced to the intellectual and professional beliefs of the founders of the company especially in the area of efficient resource utilisation
vis-a-vis in the deployment of software in the organization.

Sir (Chief) Simon Oguntimehin

Chief Oguntimehin is a rare gem in many perspectives of human endeavour.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants U.K. and Associate member of Nigeria Chartered Institute of Taxation. A Professional Accountant of great repute, Chief Oguntimehin got to the pinnacle of his profession by being appointed the President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) for 1995/1996.
For the treasure of his international training and exposure, Chief Oguntimehin’s involvement in the real sector is remarkable. Currently, he serves as Chairman or member of the Board of some Public Quoted Limited Liability Companies (PLC) and Private Limited Liability Companies incuding Academy Press Plc and Smurfit Nigeria Plc.
Chief Oguntimehin is a perfect symbol of what a man of substance should be. He was instituted into an Holy Order of Knighthood by the Lord Bishop of Ondo Diocese, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) and installed as the Grand Commander of the Order of Knight of Saint Christopher. His commitment to business, humanity and God is worthy of emulation by all that thrive for excellence.

Engr. Olu Ogunsola

A Chartered Engineer and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Engr. Ogunsola is a renowned Civil Engineer of international repute.
He was Commissioner for Agriculture and Commissioner for Finance at various times in the defunct Oyo State. He was also a member of the Constituent Assembly in 1990. Engr. Olu Ogunsola is the Chairman, Chief Executive of UNIK Engineers Limited, a firm of Civil and Structural Engineers.

Mr. Martin Famoriyo

Mr. Famoriyo graduated in Economics at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University),
Ile-Ife. He is a Fellow of the chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).
Mr. Famoriyo was at various times Financial Controller in various organisations including Icon Limited (Merchant Bankers), Industrial Bank Limited (Merchant Bankers) and Shell Petroleum Development Company.
Along with his expertise as a professional Accountant and a Banker, he combines a high degree of innovativeness in the application of computer technology to banking operations. He is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive of a conglomerate in the Oil Sector.

Mr. Akinyele Okeremi

Mr. Okeremi is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a graduate of the University of Ife, Mr. Okeremi holds a B.Sc in Computer Science (With Economics). He has worked as a Consultant in various computer outfits including Arit of Africa Limited and Inlaks Computers before joining Industrial Bank Limited (Merchant Bankers).
While in Industrial Bank, he led the team that finally developed a real-time, state-of-art banking system for the Bank. He was the Head of Systems in Industrial Banks Limited (Merchant Bankers) and later joined Ventura Savings and Loans Limited as Head, Logistics and Systems, a position he held until his appointment in PRECISE FINANCIAL SYSTEMS LIMITED; he altogether spent over eight years in consulting.
A believer in self actualisation, Mr. Okeremi is a task master in the establishment and maintenance of effective computer systems in all areas of human endeavour that aims at optimal resource utilisation.

Mr. Philip Ayeni

A Chartered Accountant with over eleven years of experience, Mr. Ayeni had a stint with Republic Bank (Nigeria) Limited before he moved to Industrial Bank Limited (Merchant Bankers) where he was Head of Systems Control Unit (an integral part of the Internal Audit department).
Prior to this period, he had several years of challenging opportunities in firms of Chartered Accountants. He was the Head of Internal Control at Ventura Savings and Loans Limited, a position he held until his appointment in PRECISE FINANCIAL SYSTEMS LIMITED.
His areas of endeavours cover accountancy, tax administration, auditing, research and development with the application of the features of modern Information Technology as a tool.
